Apostle Ray Garcia grew up in the streets of Brooklyn, New York. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Army and was stationed in Lawton, Oklahoma, where he met his wife, Richelle Darby and they have been married for over thirty years. Apostle Ray has also served in the ministry for over thirty years in several different areas to include senior pastor, evangelist, youth pastor and associate pastor.
He is the CEO of Impact Community Center (ICC). Because of his upbringing, he was the product of after school programs and activities that prevented him from getting into trouble. The community center where he grew up impacted him greatly and he desires to do the same for the community of Lawton/Ft. Sill. ICC believes in impacting one life at a time to bring transformation to a city. It currently has a food pantry and multiple organizations utilize the building for the community.
In addition to these roles, Apostle Ray is also the found and owner of RezAmerica, established in 2021 to reach the First Nations people. RezAmerica has already ministered on several reservations including the Pine Ridge Rez in South Dakota, the Choctaw Indian Rez in Mississippi and the Tulip Rez in Washington State. In addition to sharing the Word of God with the people, 4 large tents, 400 chairs, a stage and flooring were all sowed into the people at Pine Ridge and are still being used to minister to the people. We are the first, First Nations Apostolic Center and a prototype to serve in establishing Apostolic Training Centers on the Rez's.
The Lord has given Apostle Ray a deep revelation of sonship and he teaches others to know their identity through Christ Jesus. He is also a man with the gift of radical faith and he ministers from that place of expectation for God to move in the lives of His people. He has laid down his life to fulfill the mandate that God has entrusted him with.
In July of 2016, Ray was ordained as a Pastor through Breakthrough Church by Apostle Kathy Holcomb. In September of 2017, he was acknowledged as an Apostle through Glory of Zion International/Global Spheres by Apostle Chuck Pierce. In October 2018, he was commissioned as an Apostle through the Heartland Apostolic Prayer Network (HAPN) at Church on the Rock by Apostle John Benefiel.
Richelle is from the Kiowa and Comanche Tribes of Oklahoma and is the daughter of LouAnn Tippeconnie Darby and the well-known Evangelist Geri Darby of the Darby Indian Singers, the first Native American Gospel singers on The Hee Haw show and The Grand Ole Opry. Growing up, she learned many things through observation of her family and received training from her father along the way as well. She also received training in college. She is now the Senior Prophet and Warship Leader of The Impact Center. She is passionate and serious about Warship. She seeks Holy Spirit and has tuned her ear to the sound of His voice so that through new songs, the sound of Heaven can be released in the earth. She disciples the Impact Warship team to live their lives pleasing to the Father and to sing and play their instruments from a place of revelation and intimacy with Holy Spirit. Her legacy continues through her daughter and grandson who both faithfully serve on the team.
It is also her desire to impact her Native American people by encouraging them to seek that new sound through Creator God. She travels as Holy Spirit leads to different reservations with RezAmerica to tear down strongholds and establish the sound of breakthrough in the land. She is also a 2022 Native American Music Awards nominee for two original songs that she has written which includes Victory Highway for the Best Christian Song of the Year and No More Trail of Tears for the Best Single of the Year.
